Informational only

Everything on this site, including the maturity model, the framework pages, service descriptions, case studies, and pricing, is general information about how I work. It is not advice tailored to your company, and it does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we both sign a written engagement agreement.

The self-assessment

The free self-assessment is a directional tool based on your own answers. It is provided as-is for your information. It is not a substitute for a professional review, and its results should not be the sole basis for business, hiring, spending, or technology decisions. The paid Maturity Assessment is a different thing entirely and is delivered under a written agreement.

Engagements

Prices and scopes shown on the site are current starting points and may change. Every engagement is defined by its own signed agreement, which controls over anything on this site if the two differ.

Content and intellectual property

The Revenue Operations Maturity Model, the six-dimension framework, the profile archetypes, the maturity wheel, and the written content on this site are the property of Higginson Advisory LLC. You are welcome to read them, link to them, and use the model to think about your own organization. You may not republish, resell, or present them as your own, or use them to build a competing commercial product, without written permission.

Booking runs on Cal.com; scheduling and video run on Google. Those services have their own terms, and I am not responsible for their availability or conduct. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Higginson Advisory LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits the terms of a signed engagement agreement, which govern the actual work.

Governing law and changes
